    netvalue GmbH is founded as a digital marketing agency in Tägerwilen, canton of Thurgau.

    aescuvest holding

    Collaboration becomes a holding: the foundation for GOLDSTEIN.HEALTH and proof that we think long-term, not project by project. Numerous investments in healthcare start-ups were to follow.

  3. 17.11.2016

    Relocation

    The still-young netvalue GmbH stays loyal to the canton of Thurgau, but relocates its registered office to Landschlacht in the municipality of Münsterlingen on Lake Constance.

  4. 14.02.2022

    Spin-off of GOLDSTEIN.SHOP

    The newly founded Goldstein Ventures GmbH becomes the new operating company of our exclusive online shop for interlocking bricks, GOLDSTEIN.SHOP.

    Svetlana Schulze joins

    With Svetlana Schulze, the second family member joins netvalue GmbH – as assistant to the management.

    The first million

    netvalue GmbH looks back on its busiest year to date, generating seven-figure revenue for the first time.

    Founding of KOHA Konstanzer Handelshaus GmbH

    Close to the border, KOHA is founded as a wholly owned subsidiary of netvalue GmbH: customs clearance, import and export for customers from Germany and abroad into and out of the Swiss market – a new business line exclusively for Swiss clientele.

    GOLDSTEIN.SHOP registered as a trademark

    The word/figurative mark GOLDSTEIN.SHOP is registered in the Swiss trademark register (Swissreg) as an individual mark of netvalue GmbH – trademark protection for Nice classes 28, 35 and 39, another building block for the brand's independent presence.

    Relocation

    After more than 9 years in Landschlacht on Lake Constance, netvalue GmbH relocates its registered office to Hallau SH – driven by the owning family's move and strategic considerations regarding logistics and proximity to the brands.
